This book is full of common sense solutions to financial freedom. Having said that, you don't need the book if you have common sense.

5 out of 5 stars Hope of Stand Alone Children   March 3, 2010
Lori Snider
I bought all three of these books for our children in hopes they would use Dave Ramsey's thinking and put it in action while they are still young. The way things look they will not have any social security to fall back on. But also I hope it shows them that they do not have to play the keeping up with the Jones's game, to be content with what you have and live within your means. I truely feel that if you can learn to live this way you can have a much happier life.

5 out of 5 stars Great book, great graduation gift   February 28, 2010

Ramsey has an unorthodox point of view that everyone needs to hear. I am a forty-year-old woman and have grown up immersed in the debt culture, I have so many friends in so much trouble right now. Make sure young people hear this.

4 out of 5 stars useful   January 30, 2010

Good book overall with some great ideas. Some of the things are common sense, but for those who haven't take any college level business courses and are looking to get organized and improve their financial situations-it is a good start. Good luck
